Troubles with shipments ordered during February!
It has just reached our attention, when we started to get undelivered goods in return, that we have been experiencing some troubles with the shipping labels used for orders shipped out during February. We are right now looking into the extent and try to follow up with each affected customer!
Are you waiting for an order from us but have experienced that the status of your shipment, when following the tracking number sent to you in your confirmation e-mail, does not change you are probably one of the affected and will be contacted by us shortly.
We are off course truly sorry for this inconvenience but working as fast as we can right now to solve the problem.
